Gentle and Trauma-Informed Yoga Group for Women
Dr Martina Zangger, our Clinical Social Worker, regularly co-facilitates a 4-week Gentle and Trauma-Informed Yoga Group for Women, together with Yoga Teacher Heather Foat, who has expertise in mental health and a special interest in working with women. This yoga group is aimed at women who have experienced trauma, grief and adverse life events. The groups usually run 4 times a year.
