Learn the skills to see clearly and to be present, interested and connected to your own life in a wise and compassionate way.
This course will focus on introducing a range of mindfulness skills to learn to stay in the present moment, notice our busy minds, manage difficult emotions, cultivate kindness and self-compassion and build resilience.
The course has been endorsed by multiple leading world experts in mindfulness including Tara Brach, Rick Hanson, Dan Siegel, Sharon Saltzberg and Christopher Germer.
