PANDA offers a range of services, including a telephone counselling service specifically for perinatal mental health concerns, a referral service to other perinatal services in your local area, and training & education. PANDA’s website contains useful information resources and fact sheets on various topics useful for expecting and new mothers and fathers and their families.

QLife is a counselling and referral service for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) people their family and friends, with the focus on offering early intervention, peer supported telephone and internet-based services for people experiencing psychological distress, social isolation, mental health issues, discrimination or experiencing being misgendered.
