Fees Under Medicare
If you have been referred by your GP or psychiatrist under Medicare, you are entitled to a rebate from Medicare. Full payment is made at the end of each appointment, and we can process your Medicare rebate on the spot. If you have provided your bank details to Medicare you should expect to receive your rebate in your account within 1-5 business days. Also, any paid gap fees count towards your family's Medicare Safety Net.
Fees Under Workers Compensation
The cost of a consultation is payable by your Workers Compensation Insurer.
Fees Under Employee Assistance Program
The cost of counselling is payable by your Employer under their Employee Assistance Program arrangements.
Fees Under Private Health Insurance
Full payment is required at the end of each appointment. Any rebate from your Health Fund will be subject to your eligibility and applicable fund cover.
